Jacqueline joined Racing NSW in 2019, where she commenced her journey leading the Investigations and Surveillance Department. This followed a successful decade of law enforcement as a senior Detective with the NSW Police Force, specialising in major crime including the Child Abuse and Sex Crimes Unit.
In 2022, Jacqueline became part of the Executive Leadership Team at Racing NSW when she was appointed as General Manager of Integrity, having oversight and management of all integrity and welfare matters concerning thoroughbred racing in NSW.
Now utilising her law enforcement, integrity and governance experience, Jacqueline provides tailored and strategic advice to clients on the areas of project management, integrity, investigations, compliance and crisis management for organisations facing issues or challenges. Jacqueline also provides support and guidance on brand and reputation management, to ensure client success and sustainability of their industry.
